Pay One Price

Once we firm up an hourly rate based on the factors below, my "Pay One Price" philosophy means there are no hidden additional fees. You pay one agreed upon price for the hours you want me to play, which includes the following:

  • Pre-event Consultation(s)
  • Setup and Teardown Time
  • Drive Time (less that 60 miles from Carmel)
  • Dance Floor Lighting (Spotlights, Mirror Ball, etc.)
  • Music Requests
  • Wireless Microphone
  • Extra Sound System (if needed or ceremonies or 'separate room' cocktail time)
  • Special Event Appropriate Attire

Pricing Factors

Because your date and event is unique, I tailor the price to fit your specifics, which helps you save money versus a flat rate scale. Contact me with your event details and we can determine the lowest price for your event. Most Indianapolis area 4-hour Saturday weddings will be around $250 per hour. Here are some factors that can impact the rate:

  • Day of Week: Saturdays are premium rates. Fridays and Sundays are less than
  • Saturdays, while weekdays are the lowest rates.
  • Daytime or Evening: Daytime events have lower rates than evening events.
  • Seasonality: May through October are peak months, therefore have the highest rates. Other months offer lower pricing.
  • Repeat Customers/ Referrals: You get the same or lower rate as the person who referred you as long as factors are reasonably the same (day, hours, month, etc).
  • Number of Hours: The more hours you book, the lower the hourly rate.
  • Location and Accessibility: Easier event accessibility will be a lower rate i.e. A one room easy access venue will be lower than a downtown Indy venue with multiple rooms, parking garages, and elevators.
  • Last Minute Deals: If you are within a couple months of the date and I have an opening that I need to fill, you may get a lower rate.
  • Event Complexity: Lower complexity events offer lower rates i.e. A three hour birthday party is less complex than a six hour wedding plus ceremony.
  • Driving Distance: More than 60 miles from Carmel will be an additional cost.

Contract/ Deposit/Insurance

Once we agree to a timeline and price, I will email a contract and ask for a 50% deposit. The deposit locks us into the date and time. The remaining 50% of the total is due the day of the event

Insurance is carried at all times. If your venue needs to be named as an Insured Party on the insurance rider, this is easily done
